Rates Commencing January 1, 2022
Fees include scheduling, review of briefs and other documents submitted, pre-mediation consultation, mediation hearing and post-mediation follow-up on stubborn cases.
Mediations are currently being conducted using Zoom unless in-person mediation is agreed upon. No travel charges in Washington State, however, full day must be booked for on-site mediations more than 75 miles from Kirkland, WA.
No cancellation or rescheduling fees.
HALF-DAY MEDIATION – (4 hours): $1,200 per party for 2-party cases. $1,000 per party for 3 parties. (4 or more parties require a full day). Half day mediations exceeding 4 hours will be billed at the rate of $300 per each additional hour for each party.
FULL DAY MEDIATION – (8 hours): $2,400 per party for 2-party cases. $2,000 per party for 3 parties. $1,500 per party for 4 or more parties. Full-day mediations exceeding 8 hours will be billed at the rate of $300 per each additional hour for each party.
