She knows that for a number of reasons and despite the best efforts of all concerned, a case may not be resolved at the first mediation.

She remains engaged in the process of mediation after a face to face session and will assist with resolution whether through email, telephone, or further face to face sessions.

Vali Somers emphasizes mediation of personal injury cases. Vali is an experienced personal injury trial lawyer who trained at Pepperdine University’s Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution. She is now a full time mediator.

Vali mediates cases in the Puget Sound area at her mediation site in Kirkland or at the site of your choice. She listens to get to know the parties, the issues and works with the parties and their lawyers for a fair resolution in which the parties control their destiny.
